Pilates Mat – a unique series of exercises designed to stretch, strengthen & tone muscle, improve posture, flexibility & balance.  You will definitely notice the change to your body after only a few sessions.

Senior Strength – a strength training class designed with the senior exerciser in mind – join us for a great balanced workout to keep your body feeling young, fit and strong! S

Yoga: class emphasizes correct alignment and right actions to develop flexibility, strength, stamina, and balance.

ZUMBA® Heart-pumping cardio interval training set to a Latin beat – even if you have two left feet, you are sure to get some new moves here – and burn massive calories too – ditch the workout, join the PARTY!  S

ZUMBA GOLD® - The same Zumba flavor, a little less volume and a little slower pace makes this a perfect intro to Zumba, Zumba for seniors or anyone wanting a balanced, fun Zumba workout! S
